Genshin Impact version 2.4 will be bringing about a lot of new content, events, weapons, and characters. Some of the few new events include Hangout Events. These are the new hangout events coming up in Genshin Impact version 2.4, as previewed in the Genshin Impact version 2.4 Special Program Livestream.
Two new hangout events will be coming in version 2.4. One of these is a long time coming – Ningguang's. The Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing will finally have enough time to spend with the Traveler to get to know Aether and Lumine. It raises a question for us, though. Given that the Archon Quest Intermission Chapter will have us reconstruct the Jade Chamber, will this new hangout event happen before or after its reconstruction? We think that the story would have a completely different course depending on the answer there. We could also hope that Ningguang's new costume could be applied to her during the entire hangout event – mostly because it just looks good.
Meanwhile, the other new hangout event is for the new character – Yun Jin. MiHoYo is really building up this character, even going so far as preparing a short film revolving around her. We'll get to know her even better here, and we couldn't wait to learn about her many experiences in her many occupations.
