2018's God of War will be re-released soon, but not as a PS5 Definitive Edition ala Ghost of Tsushima or Death Stranding. Instead, God of War‘s PC version is soon coming on Steam and the Epic Games Store. With just a few more days until its release on January 14, 2022, on PC, fans are starting to make space on their hard drives. But not everyone is sure if they can handle God of War‘s System Requirements yet, so here we are sharing what we know with you.

Apart from being able to run at 4K resolution at 60fps, God of War on PC will also be compatible with Nvidia DLSS, Nvidia Reflex, AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution, and enhanced graphics with improved GTAO and SSDO. Through the guidance of Santa Monica Studio, porters Jetpack Interactive appears to have done a great job in translating the game for PC. We'll see in January how well the game actually translates to PC, but with these detailed system requirements and juicy features list, we have an optimistic look at Kratos' fate on PC. Hopefully, God of War: Ragnarok would simultaneously release on both PC and PS5 when it finally arrives. I know that's going to be a tough cookie to wish for, but a man can dream.
