Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade and Hollywood actress-wife Gabrielle Union's Sherman Oaks mansion in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, California reportedly went up for sale. According to Neal Leitereg of Forbes, the 8,500 square meter property was listed at $6.2 million.

The Wade family no longer resides in this mansion, which they have owned since 2017 and bought at a price of $6 million. Nonetheless, the couple has made significant upgrades in the property's amenities over the years.

The house has a total of five bedrooms and nine bathrooms and also includes a special temperature-controlled wine cellar, and its own home theater. The home also has a spiral staircase that connects the three floors.

The outdoor portion of Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union's property features an infinity-edge swimming pool, wrap-around balconies, and a sizable lawn. They even have a wood-burning pizza oven near the pool for quick snacks while taking a dip. These features should be attractive enough for A-Listers looking for a new home in the Los Angeles area.

Dwyane Wade, Union, and their four children still reside in Los Angeles. They currently live in a mansion in Hidden Hills, California, which they reportedly bought for $17.9 million earlier this year.

Aside from his two mansions in Los Angeles, the three-time NBA champion and the Hollywood star also own a waterfront Miami mansion near South Beach. The couple has reportedly been trying to sell the property and has even sliced $2.5 million off its initial offering to attract buyers.

Nonetheless, Mr. Wade appears to be enjoying retirement and looks to be settling down his real estate to his lone residence in Hidden Hills.
