LiAngelo Ball has made a legitimate case to crack the Charlotte Hornets roster as he has played well during the Las Vegas Summer League thus far. With LaMelo Ball and LaVar Ball cheering him on from the sidelines, LiAngelo continues to impress.
On Thursday, the other Ball brother hit an impressive halftime buzzer-beater to get the crown on their feet.

What a play from LiAngelo as the Hornets went into the half on Thursday afternoon in Las Vegas. His three-ball has been falling quite well in Summer League, and the Hornets–and LaMelo– have to be pleased with his play.
LiAngelo had an impressive Hornets debut on Sunday and didn't shoot quite as good in his second game, but still there is a case to be made for his inclusion in the Hornets training camp. If anything, he is showing to NBA teams that he can play after being passed on for some time at the professional ranks.
The Hornets also haven't lost yet in Las Vegas, although there is more to it than just LiAngelo Ball. At this rate, if he continues to play well he could fulfill LaVar's long-standing dream of the Ball brothers wearing the same uniform in the NBA.
