A surprise collaboration between Guerilla Games and MiHoYo has resulted in Horizon Zero Dawn‘s protagonist, Aloy, making her way to the Genshin Impact roster. The collaboration was announced last month. The announcement came with Aloy's character art done in Genshin Impact‘s signature style. In today's Special Program live stream, they showed her off in a brand new trailer, which can be seen below:

Aloy is described as a “savior from another world” and dubbed as a “Nora Huntress”. She will also only be available for a limited time. According to a press release, she will be a five-star cryo elemental character. She will also have unique combo skills, abilities, and animations inspired by her appearance in Horizon Zero Dawn. For a more detailed look at her abilities, you can check out this article here. The leaks that surfaced earlier this month proved to be accurate.

How to get Horizon Zero Dawn‘s Aloy in Genshin Impact

After Genshin Impact‘s 2.1 version releases, PlayStation players will be able to obtain her simply by logging on to the PS4 or PS5 version of the game. She will be unlocked through your in-game mailbox. Additionally, once you have claimed her, she will become playable in any version of the game via the cross-save feature. She will also have a special 4-star bow weapon, her Predator Bow from Horizon Zero Dawn. This will automatically be available to players via the in-game mailbox as well.

If you do not own a PlayStation 4 or 5, you will have to wait for version 2.2 to be able to obtain her and the bow. You will also need to be adventure rank 20. Players will have to note that she will only be available during Genshin Impact's 2.2 version. Players that would like to add her to their roster should grab their chance before 2.2 comes to an end.

Aside from Genshin Impact, Aloy has also shown up in Monster Hunter World, and Fortnite.
