Terrelle Pryor enjoyed a massive breakout year in 2016 with the Cleveland Browns. In that year, he racked up career-highs in receptions (77), yards (1,007) and touchdowns (four). Sadly, he hasn't even reached those numbers in all his other years combined.

Now with the Jacksonville Jaguars, he's looking to have a career resurgence. However, to do that he needs to make the team first. That task just got a little bit harder as he suffered a hamstring injury.

The good news for Terrelle Pryor and the Jacksonville Jaguars is that the injury isn't as bad as his previous one. That being said, it's still another obstacle for Pryor to try and overcome.

The Jaguars aren't exactly killing it in the wide receiver category. They definitely have some promising talent there but would be hoping for some breakout performances in 2019.

Due to that, this was a great spot for Pryor to try and get his career back on track. Not only could he have found a way on his team with a solid preseason, but he might have been able to carve out a real role throughout the year.

He took a solid step forward with a decent enough performance in the Jaguars week 3 preseason game against the Miami Dolphins. In that game, Pryor caught three receptions on four targets for 26 yards. However, that was his first real action of the preseason due to previous injuries. With this new injury, it could be his only action of the preseason.

Now all of that is in serious question. If Pryor can't play in the final preseason game, he'll be facing a very uphill battle.

Hopefully Terrelle Pryor is healthy enough to try and make his case in the final week of the preseason. It would be interesting to see what he could do if he got a real chance with the Jacksonville Jaguars this season.
