In a recent conversation with DJ Superstar Jay scheduled to air on December 6, Memphis Bleek reminisced about wild club scenes from the Roc-A-Fella era with Jay-Z, recounting an incident in Miami where the crew was locked inside a club and had to fork out a staggering $50,000 just to leave, Complex reports.

Bleek vividly portrayed the intensity of their late-night outings, highlighting that today's clubgoers haven't experienced the kind of fervor he and Jay-Z brought to the party scene. “Y'all young nas never been through nothing,” Bleek asserted. He elaborated, describing an event in Miami where their revelry resulted in them being confined within the club, compelling them to pay a hefty sum to exit. “We turned this club up in Miami upside down, my na. They made us pay $50,000 to leave.”

Moreover, Bleek lauded Jay-Z's toughness, challenging the perception of the mogul’s current “laidback” demeanor by affirming Jay-Z's capability to handle altercations. “See, they see billionaire dread Hov, they think my man ain’t got them hands. Hov will put knuckles on you! He’ll put them hard bottoms on your ass too,” Bleek asserted.

He emphasized Jay-Z's past demeanor, contrasting it with his current image, recalling Jay-Z’s willingness to engage in troublemaking during their earlier years. Bleek fondly reminisced, “All this laidback, cool Beyoncé Hov? I love it, but back then he was on some shit.”

This isn't the first instance of an artist highlighting Jay-Z's toughness. In 2021, Jeezy lauded the Roc Nation mogul for supporting him in a fight in Las Vegas years ago.

Bleek's revelations shed light on the untold stories from Jay-Z's past, reflecting the vibrant and sometimes tumultuous experiences of the Roc-A-Fella crew during their clubbing escapades.
