This coming season is Jeff Teague‘s first with the Minnesota Timberwolves, but don't be surprised if he's already adjusted to the team's style of play.

While most players who get traded need time to familiarize themselves with their new coach and teammates, the former All-Star point guard feels like he already knew the Wolves prior to arriving in Minneapolis.

Teague recently admitted, via Jerry Zgoda of the Star Tribune, that he uses the T-Wolves when playing 2K, making him more familiar with Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins.

Although the video game is much different than real life, he will now be playing alongside his two favorite players in it. Towns and Wiggins are widely considered to be one of the best young duos in the league today, and it will be interesting to see how they elevate their games given the skill set and experience Teague has.

With Jimmy Butler, Taj Gibson, and  Jamal Crawford now on the team as well, it will give the Timberwolves a good mixture of young guns and veterans who have a lot of playoff experience under their belts. It also helps their cause that Tom Thibodeau is still calling the plays for them, coaching some of their new players in the past in Chicago. This is definitely exciting times for the Minnesota faithful, and it's only a matter of time before they'll see their new-look squad together on the court.
