The Los Angeles Lakers have exercised their team options for the 2019-20 season on point guard Lonzo Ball, shooting guard Josh Hart, and small forwards Brandon Ingram and Kyle Kuzma, the team announced in a press release Tuesday.

The Lakers drafted Lonzo Ball with the second overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft out of UCLA. Ball played in 52 games during his rookie season and averaged 10.2 points, 6.9 rebounds and 7.2 assists while shooting 36.0 percent from the field and 30.5 percent from beyond the arc. He earned Second Team All-Rookie honors.

Kyle Kuzma averaged 16.1 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists during his rookie season. He was the 27th overall pick. The 23-year-old shot 45.0 percent from the field, 36.6 percent from 3-point range, and was named to the All-Rookie first team. Kuzma finished fifth all-time among Lakers rookies in scoring (1,242 points).

Brandon Ingram is in his third season with the Lakers. He was the second overall pick in the 2016 Draft. Last year, the 6-foot-9 swingman averaged 16.1 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.9 assists, and shot 47.0 percent from the floor and 39.0 percent on 3-pointers. Lakers star LeBron James has said Ingram has superstar potential written all over him.

Josh Hart was the 30th overall pick in the 2017 Draft. The Maryland native posted rookie averages of 7.9 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists. Hart shot 46.9 percent from the field and 39.6 percent from 3-point land. He was named the 2018 Summer League MVP.
