It seems like Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James was spending his Sunday watching the thrilling Miami Heat versus Brooklyn Nets game. After Heat forward Bam Adebayo won the game for the Heat, James went on Twitter to react to an impressive shot.

James, who is currently rehabbing from an ankle injury, is set to come back in a few weeks. The four-time champion has missed a month of basketball specifically 14 games. Thankfully, the role players are keeping the team afloat, winning seven out of their last 12 games. Role players like Dennis Schroder, Kentavious Caldwell Pope, Andre Drummond, and Kyle Kuzma have picked up the scoring load since James’ absence.

When James was active, the Lakers were in second place of the Western Conference. Sadly for them, they have dropped to fifth place since James and Anthony Davis’ injury. Davis, who has been sidelined for nine weeks due to a calf injury, is set to come back in the next few games.

The Lakers are set to face the Utah Jazz on Monday and fly to Texas to go up against the Dallas Mavericks twice within the week. Davis could likely make his comeback versus the Mavericks.

Despite falling down the standings, several members including head coach Frank Vogel have made it clear that seedings don’t matter for the defending champions. Their goal right now is to get James and Davis back to the rotation and get new players like Drummond and Ben Mclemore acclimated to the Lakers’ system.Â
