Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James’ son, Bronny James, was playing a game on Monday with LeBron in attendance.

Unfortunately, someone in the stands threw something at Bronny and it was caught on tape. The fan was ejected from the game.

LeBron James took to Twitter to react to the scene:

Like his dad, Bronny James is going to have a lot of eyes on him in high school. He’s playing with Dwyane Wade’s son, Zaire.

LeBron’s dad wasn’t there for him growing up, which is why the Lakers star and NBA icon promised himself he was going to be the best dad whenever he had kids. LeBron has two sons and one daughter.

This type of stuff to Bronny shouldn’t happen. He’s still just a kid. But because he’s LeBron’s son, Bronny is going to have so much unnecessary hate directed towards him and that’s the sad part of sports.

LeBron and the Lakers are in Boston on Monday to take on the rival Celtics. We'll see if The King is extra motivated to defeat Boston after what Bronny dealt with earlier.
