It's been almost next to impossible to read any NBA Finals storyline without LeBron James in it. The 35-year old has undoubtedly stamped his class as one of the best players to ever step foot in the league and has etched his name in almost every possible record out there.

After the Los Angeles Lakers edged out the Miami Heat in a 102-96 win Game 4 win on Tuesday, ‘The King' found himself editing the history books once again with yet another one of his insane postseason records.

Another all-around performance on Tuesday helped James record his sixth playoff run with at least 500 points, 150 rebounds and 150 assists (per Justin Kubatko of StatMuse). That feat has only been accomplished seven times in the NBA and James accounts for six of these with Hall of Famer Larry Bird having the only other one.

LeBron James has been a household name in the post-season ever since he entered the league in 2003. In his 17 seasons in the NBA, James has been able to carry his team to the playoffs 14 times and has brought his team to the NBA Finals in 10 of those seasons. He's already won three rings with two different teams and with the Lakers being one win away from winning it all over the Heat, James is poised to win his fourth NBA ring.

Just in these Finals, James has been averaging a near triple-double in the first four games with 28.7 points, 10.3 rebounds, and 8.3 assists. Did someone say, ‘Washed King'?

At 35, James has managed to bring his game to a whole different level this season by leading the league in assists (10.2) for the first time in his career. Though his points and rebounds have gone down a bit this season, his elite passing numbers has been a welcome addition and is arguably the main reason why the Purple & Gold are this close to bringing the Larry O'Brien trophy back to Hollywood.
