We finally have it. The secret to becoming like LeBron James is finally here. The Los Angeles Lakers superstar has given us a sneak peek into the recovery process of a seemingly age-defying athlete.

If anyone reading this is a Phoenix Suns fan, or secretly Chris Paul, please close your browser. This is some top secret stuff. Otherwise, Lakers fans, LeBron James has finally let us in on his routine so that you too can recover like a potential GOAT!

LeBron posted his process on his Instagram Story, which is 100% a slip-up on his part. But we won't complain. The Lakers icon detailed the steps in full, with the precise order for each, too. Dinner, wine, foot bath, Normatecs, then sleep, in exactly that order.

But thankfully, he also provided video footage to give us a better understanding. While the IG Story is set to disappear soon enough, we've got the screenshots to immortalize this forever.

STEP 1: Dinner

For dinner, it looks like James suggests fish of some sort. While the exact specifics of said dinner weren't revealed, it seems to be creamy salmon with some broccoli on the side. We've gone ahead and searched for a recipe for salmon with broccoli, for your convenience. You're welcome.

STEP 2: Wine

Next, the wine. LeBron James is a huge wine aficionado. The Lakers star did a good job of concealing whatever it is he's actually drinking. But unfortunately for him, exploits of his wine preferences have been all over the internet. Checkmate, LeBron.

STEP 3: Foot Bath

This part of the process is pretty easy to replicate. All you need is a bucket with some ice and you're good to go.

STEP 4: Normatecs

Here's where things get a little sticky. King James suggests use of Normatecs to complete the recovery process. While I've never heard of them before and have no idea what they do, I'll save you the trouble of going to their website because unless you have close to $1,000 lying around, forget about it. Just skip to the final step and get some sleep.

But I guess in the grand scheme of things, that's a small price to pay to become a Los Angeles Lakers superstar.
