With the Los Angeles Lakers missing the playoffs for the sixth consecutive season, despite having LeBron James on its roster for the first time, all of the players on its roster are enjoying their offseason and working on bettering their games.

Lonzo Ball, who has only played 99 games over the course of two seasons in the NBA, was recently interviewed by Bleacher Report and the 21-year-old covered a multitude of topics, including wanting to be cast in his teammate LeBron James’s upcoming Space Jam 2.

Ball also recounted the tale of James’s first 5-on-5 scrimmage with his Lakers teammates. In the scrimmage, Ball claims that LeBron’s team won with ease by a final margin of 21 to 7, with James scoring all 21 points:

Now sure, there was no box score from this game, nor does it sound like there was any video evidence of this, so we have to take Ball’s word for it.

While he might trying to curry favor with his new teammate by claiming James was completely unguardable in a scrimmage, but showing all his teammates that he still is among the best players in the world even at age 34 certainly sounds like something that LeBron James would do.

Either way, this performance might pass into the legend of LeBron, so we have Ball to thank for recounting it.
