In light of Kobe Bryant's tragic passing on Sunday morning, tickets for Tuesday's game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers at the Staples Center have skyrocketed.

According to a report from Hoop Central, the cheapest ticket for Tuesday night's matchup is currently going for $1,151.

Bryant was killed in a helicopter crash on Sunday morning en route to the Mamba Sports Academy, where he was set to serve as a coach for young campers in attendance. Sadly, his private chopper went down before noon in the Calabasas area, killing all nine passengers on the flight. Kobe's 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, was among those who perished, sources have since confirmed.

Mourning fans have been showed up to the Staples Center Plaza in droves to pay their respects to Bryant — a player who will go down as one of the greatest to step foot on an NBA court.

Lakers superstar LeBron James passed Bryant for third on the NBA's all-time scoring list just hours before the accident. Kobe immediately sent out a tweet to congratulate LeBron. Sadly, though, it was the last message The Mamba would send on social media.

Tuesday night's game between the Lakers and Clippers is set to tip inside the Staples Center at 10:00 p.m. ET, with TNT having live broadcast coverage. The Lakers (36-10) have won three of their last five, while the Clippers (33-14) have won six of their last eight.
