Lizzo has a jaw-dropping reaction to a new South Park episode that features her music as a cure for weight loss.

The About Damn Time singer posted on TikTok a reaction video of her watching the clip for the first time. In the episode titled The End of Obesity, the parody is about a “product” called Lizzo that is cheaper than buying Ozempic for losing weight.

In the clip, the musician is staring at the screen. She says, “Guys, my worst fear has been actualized. I've been referenced in a South Park episode. I'm so scared. I'm going to blind duet to it right now.”

In the clip, Sharon Marsh is seen walking with Sheila Broflovski. They are chatting about some new drugs that are “pretty amazing.” Marsh adds, “I was so ashamed of myself watching Randy go out and exercise all the time and not eating as much. But I just don't have the same kind of willpower that he has.”

“Which of the drugs are you on, Sharon?” Broflovski asks.

From there, Sharon explains that she couldn't get the well-known prescriptions because she doesn't have diabetes. “I controlled all my cravings to be thinner with Lizzo,” Marsh states.

An ad then comes on for Lizzo.

As for the singer's reaction, she covers her mouth and looks surprised. Oh, but it gets worse.

“FDA-approved Lizzo makes you feel good about your weight. And it costs 90% less than Ozempic,” the ad states. “I lowered my standards and my expectations,” Marsh continued.

“In case studies, 70% of patients on Lizzo no longer care about weight,” the ad continues. “Lizzo helps you eat anything you want and keeps physical activity to a minimum.”

As the clip moves on, Lizza acts increasingly shocked and surprised—but in a funny, good way. In other words, she's not angry — or at least not showing it.

It's at this point the ad shows Sharon pulling out her album, and the voiceover states, “Stop listening to Lizzo if you experience suicidal thoughts. Serious side effects may include Pancreatitis, Hypothermia, and s—ting out your ears.”

“That's crazy,” Lizzo added. “I just feel like, damn…I'm really that bitch. I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a f—k to the point where these men in Colorado know who the f–k I am and put it on their cartoon that's been around for 25 years.”

“I'm really that bitch and I show y'all how to not give a f—k and I'm going to keep on showing y'all how to not give a f—k,” the singer added. “Oh, oh, Liz-zo! Bitch.”

At any rate, it seemed like, ultimately, Lizzo enjoyed being parodied by the boys at South Park. After all, she's always embraced her body no matter what it looks like. And hey, being a part of the iconic cartoon definitely means you've made it in one way or the other.
