The Miami Heat and Denver Nuggets play Game 1 of the NBA Finals Thursday night at 8:30 p.m. ET. The game will be televised by ABC.

The Nuggets won the Western Conference and have only lost two games this postseason. They are led by two-time MVP Nikola Jokic, who is averaging 29.9 points, 13.3 rebounds and10.3 assists these playoffs.

The Heat are the second No. 8 seed (the 1998-99 New York Knicks) to reach the NBA Finals. Miami upset the betting favorite to win the championship, the Milwaukee Bucks, in the first round and defeated the No. 2 seed Boston Celtics in seven games in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Miami is led by star guard Jimmy Butler, who is averaging 28.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 5.7 assists and 2.1 steals in the playoffs.
