The Detroit Pistons are open for business with the trade deadline less than a month away.

According to Vincent Ellis of The Detroit Free Press, the Pistons are willing to talk trade on any player on the roster:

The Pistons are expected to trade center Andre Drummond before the February trade deadline. They have had discussions with a few teams, including the Atlanta Hawks and New York Knicks.

Drummond is averaging 17.8 points, 16.2 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.8 blocks per game this season for the Pistons, who are 14-25. Andre is shooting 52.9 percent from the field and 63.0 percent from the free-throw line.

Blake Griffin is most likely out for the season after undergoing another surgery on his left knee, so it's unlikely any team will be calling the Pistons about him. Former MVP Derrick Rose, who is playing like an All-Star this season, could draw interest from contenders who need scoring off the bench. Rose is averaging 17.8 points per game this season for Detroit.

Even though Detroit is still in the playoff picture since the back half of the Eastern Conference is terrible, the Pistons are better off tearing the roster down and building for the future.

Reggie Jackson becomes an unrestricted free agent after this season ends. He's only played in two games this season and will likely be on another team come next season. This trade deadline is a great opportunity for Detroit to get some value back for Drummond and Rose and build for the long-term.
