Dwyane Wade was introduced in his hometown for the first time since joining the Chicago Bulls.

According to The Vertical's Shams Charania, hearing his name announced as a Bull led him almost speechless. All Wade, could say was:

“Wow… it felt great.”

Wade is adjusting to his new team, and it's going to take NBA fans a little time to adjust to seeing him in a different uniform.

He only played 12 minutes in the game, scoring six points in a Bulls loss to the Milwaukee Bucks, 93-91.

One of the questions marks for this years team is their perimeter shooting, and Wade is embracing the change. Both his buckets were three-point shots.

“I've had a lot of time to reflect on this uniform, on hearing my name announced here. Miami is past. I'm here. First game down, and hopefully many more to go here.”
