Minnesota Timberwolves power forward Taj Gibson is one of the nicest players in the NBA. He is well-liked by the media, his teammates, the fans, and even opposing players.

So it shouldn't come as a shock that Taj Gibson had a pleasant conversation with a Chicago garbage truck driver. Gibson, who played the first eight years of his NBA career with the Bulls, is back in The Windy City taking on Chicago at the United Center Wednesday evening.

It figures to be an emotional night at the United Center on Wednesday. Taj Gibson, Derrick Rose, Luol Deng and Tom Thibodeau return to a place where they had a lot of success. Gibson played in 562 games for the Bulls and averaged 9.4 points and 6.4 rebounds. Chicago traded him to the Oklahoma City Thunder during the 2016-17 season. Gibson then signed with the Timberwolves as a free agent in the summer of 2017.

Minnesota is 15-18 on the season, 13th place in the Western Conference standings. Taj Gibson is averaging 10.3 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game this year while shooting 53.6 percent from the field, 40.0 percent from beyond the arc and 67.6 percent from the free-throw line.
