For newly-acquired L.A. Clippers small forward Tobias Harris, being able to pick up the team's third straight victory was pretty sweet. It was even sweeter when that victory was on the road against his former team, the Detroit Pistons. As a piece of the shocking trade that sent star power forward Blake Griffin to the Pistons, Harris was traded to the Clippers along with guard Avery Bradley, center Boban Marjanovic, a first-round pick and a second-round pick.

After the Clippers went on the road and were able to put together a very strong fourth quarter en route to a 108-95 victory over Griffin and the Pistons, Harris was asked after the game if there were any bragging rights on the line with any of his former Detroit teammates. His response to the question was pure gold.

“Of course. It's like seeing your ex-girlfriend for the first time with a new man and you've got a new girl,” Harris said with a huge smile, followed by laughter throughout the locker room.

That is absolutely outstanding and a great analogy, to say the least. Harris' hilarious response to the reporter's question about facing the Pistons, which takes place at about the 0:45 mark of the video, was posted to the Clippers' official Twitter account and can be viewed below in all of its glory.

Harris and Clippers (28-26) currently are on the bubble as the No. 9 seed in the Western Conference playoff race and continued their grueling seven-game road trip on Saturday night against the Philadelphia 76ers. Unfortunately, the Clippers' three-game winning streak was snapped in a 112-98 loss to the Sixers at Wells Fargo Center.

In three games so far with the Clippers since being traded by the Pistons, Harris averaged an impressive 18.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.7 steals per game in roughly 33.3 minutes of action per contest heading into Saturday night.
