Mavericks center Andrew Bogut, who is known for ranting on certain issues, is at it again.

He says he isn't afraid of clowns but he can explain why others are.

In recent national news, there have been threats made to schools around the country, and the culprits are clowns.

The threats have caused a little panic, but Bogut says there is no need to worry, and tells 105.3 The Fan in an interview that he in fact finds it comical.

It's just a person in a suit. People are just getting softer these days.Who gives a crap?

More defiantly than the previous statement, he continued his rant.

If it's really scaring you that much, you've probably got some issues yourself.

That all sounds tough and confident, but Bogut was asked what he would do if he were confronted by a masked maniac late at night.

I'm not intimidated by it. I'd maybe walk up and ask him how his day's been. They're probably more afraid of people walking up to them. … I'd love to see someone just walk straight up to them and see what they've got to say.

But it's not a big deal. … I've seen a lot of things with grown adults freaking out about it. I think you'll be OK

Bogut is listed at 7'0, 260 pounds, so there probably aren't many people that can intimidate him.
