Rookie sensation Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks unleashed a nifty move en route to a three-point dagger against the Portland Trail Blazers. Check out the clip below posted on the Mavs' official Twitter account.

As observed, Luka Doncic faked a drive then casually stepped away from Evan Turner and nailed the three. The shot proved to be the dagger as the Mavs went all the way to win, 111-102.
Doncic finished with 21 points, nine rebounds, and three assists. Teammate Wesley Matthews contributed 17 points, while DeAndre Jordan had a double-double with 12 points and 17 rebounds.

At his tender age, Luka Doncic has displayed the calmness and craftiness of a veteran. He certainly isn't the most athletic on the floor, but his innate basketball intelligence allows him to do whatever he wants.
In an old interview, Luka Doncic acknowledged that he had to beat his foes using his brain since he was always the youngest and had the least experience. This attitude has certainly stuck to him ever since. The Mavs phenom is still very young yet he's schooling veterans on a nightly basis.
This has earned him Rookie of the Month honors for the Western Conference and it's a safe bet to expect more of the same accolade for Doncic.
