On Saturday night, the Dallas Mavericks scored one of the biggest upsets of the season to date after a 112-109 victory over the defending champs, the Golden State Warriors. This was thanks in large part to the heroics of rookie sensation Luka Doncic, who literally put Dubs fans to tears following a clutch, go-ahead bucket in the dying seconds of the fourth quarter of the tightly-contested matchup.

With the Mavs down one point and less than a minute remaining, Doncic took it upon himself to lead his team to victory. His one-on-one penetration move against the defense of Jonas Jerebko resulted in a basket that would give the Mavs a one-point advantage with just 28.6 seconds left in the fourth.

This clutch deuce proved too much to handle for a young Warriors fan, as he was seen on camera crying helplessly after the made basket.

Poor kid. To make matters worse, the lady sitting beside him (presumably his mom) could only watch her son take in the inconsolable turn of events.

Luka Doncic came up big for the Mavs on the evening, scoring a team-high 24 points with nine rebounds and four assists in 36 minutes of action. It was a total team effort for the home team as six Mavs players scored in double figures to match the firepower of the Stephen Curry-less Warriors.

The Mavs have been on a tear of late, notching their fourth-straight victory Saturday night, and their fifth win in six games. Head coach Rick Carlisle's men have responded with great fervor following the team's six-game losing skid.

With the win, the Mavs are now 7-8 as they continue to remain competitive in an overly-stacked Western Conference.
