Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic is continuing to establish himself as one of the best big men in today's NBA. As a result of his outstanding play in Tuesday night's victory over the Portland Trail Blazers, the Joker is now the first Nugget to record three straight playoffs games with at least 20 points, 10 rebounds and five assists.

The Trail Blazers had no answer for the Nuggets in Game 5. In fact, Denver never trailed and outscored Portland 66-44 in the paint. Furthermore, the Nuggets outrebounded the Trail Blazers by a wide margin (62-44).

Jokic logged 34 minutes in Game 5, scoring 25 points on 10-of-18 shooting from the field, a whopping 19 rebounds, six assists and a plus/minus score of +26. Enes Kanter, who was matched up on Jokic most of the night, was held to just seven points and a plus/minus of -19.

In Game 4 of this series, Jokic racked up a triple-double, scoring 21 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists in a 116-112 victory. It was his second straight triple-double performance and fourth of this postseason.

The Nuggets fought hard in Game 3, but they were ultimately defeated in quadruple-overtime, 140-137. Jokic played an incredible 65 minutes, recording 33 points, 18 rebounds and 14 assists, two blocks and one steal.

Jokic has been a dominant force throughout the playoffs. According to a report from Tommy Beer of Rotoworld, Jokic is leading the postseason in rebounds (13.1 per game), is 2nd in assists (9.0) and 7th in scoring (24.5).
