Revenge is a dish best served cold. Kevin Durant got his on Russell Westbrook in the second quarter of Thursday's game, when he furiously swatted his former teammate's layup attempt out of bounds, a few plays after he was blocked himself by Westbrook.

Durant and Draymond Green played volleyball with Westbrook's shot, blocking it one after the other, as Westbrook attacked without much freedom of movement.

Westbrook had previously drawn first blood a few plays prior, blocking KD from behind in spectacular fashion.

So far, Durant has gotten the better of Westbrook, as the 2014 MVP has 29 points on 11-of-17 shooting and 6-of-8 from deep, while the Oklahoma City Thunder point guard has struggled with 12 points on 3-of-13 shooting from the field.

The Golden State Warriors lead the Thunder 68-43 by halftime.
