The NBA has decided to do its fans a solid and air what is probably the most anticipated game of the season for free.
The Warriors will travel to San Antonio on Sunday to face the Spurs, a matchup most expect to see in the Western Conference finals. According to the following media release, the clash between the two basketball titans will be aired on NBA TV for free.

The Warriors have lost two of their last three games (both at home) and now must win all of their final four games if they hope to break the Bulls‘ single season win-loss record. In those four games they will play the Spurs twice, once in Oakland on Thursday night, and again on Sunday in San Antonio.
While there have been many rumors that Spurs head coach Greg Popovich will likely sit his starters for these games, the Spurs are still capable of snatching the number one overall seed and reaching 70 wins this year. That was also before the Warriors had lost those two games and looked like they were going to break the record with games to spare.
Whatever happens, the NBA has most likely done themselves a favor by making the game available to more potential viewers. According to the media release, the Jan. 25 game between the Warriors and Spurs shown on NBA TV drew a record number of viewers, with over 1.4 million people tuning in.
