DeMarcus Cousins took to Twitter once again on Thursday morning, posting a puzzlingly cryptic tweet that made most Golden State Warriors fans wonder if things had already began to implode less than two months after signing the mercurial big man.

There is a chance Cousins was referring to a story that came out in The Sacramento Bee about a former Sacramento Kings and current Miami Heat executive suspected of stealing team sponsor money from the Kings, but it's currently unclear if it's related to that or something else entirely.

Cousins has been the center of criticism from fans across the NBA, much like new teammate Kevin Durant was in 2016 when he chose to join Golden State.

Boogie took to Twitter nine days ago to post a not-so-kind reminder that he will prove his haters wrong “in due time.”

In addition to it, there's still a lot of doubt of whether Cousins will make a timely recovery, or if the Warriors will be able to effectively reel him in once he joins the rotation.

Cousins is coming off a season-ending Achilles injury, dating back to February, one that wound up ending his short-lived partnership with fellow Kentucky product Anthony Davis in New Orleans.

Boogie has been working intensively on his recovery, but the Warriors have yet to provide any signs of a return date for their newest addition, while history suggests a late December to January return is probable.

Cousins has ranked in the top five in usage rate throughout the last four seasons, which is enough reason to believe this won't be an easy transition into the mix, likely giving up half of his field goal attempts with another four All-Stars surrounding him.
