Golden State Warriors forwards Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala will both play against the New Orleans Pelicans tonight while reserve forward Omri Casspi will sit, still nursing a left ankle sprain, according to the team.

The Warriors will place forward Kevon Looney and center Damian Jones on the inactive list, setting the stage for two-way signing Quinn Cook, who will be used as the third point guard tonight if he is to make his debut with the team, according to Anthony Slater of The Athletic.

Green hurt his knee in the last few seconds of the third quarter of the Warriors' season-opener against the Houston Rockets, knocking down a pair of free throws and playing the remaining seconds before being ruled out for the remaining quarter. He underwent an MRI on Wednesday, with the results coming back negative. The starting forward practiced the last two days, showing no signs of further discomfort.

Iguodala had what he called a “freak injury” in the weight room, presenting a back strain in the days prior to the season opener.

Casspi suffered his injury in the second half of the game, rolling the ankle he rolled earlier in the preseason against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The organization will take utmost priority in keeping guys healthy, hence why he's sitting this one out.

Golden State will boast a retro-inspired jersey on the road tonight, similar to the team's 80's uniforms.
