With three days off before their game on Wednesday versus the Dallas Mavericks, the Golden State Warriors took advantage of it by having a full practice on Tuesday, including a scrimmage. However, instead of benefitting from it, the team witnessed one of their players go down with an injury as Draymond Green tweaked his ankle, per Melissa Rohlin of the Bay Area News Group.
The reigning Defensive of the Year's availability for the Warriors' next game hangs in the balance as Green is now tagged as questionable. He is currently receiving treatment on the ankle, and the team hopes it will not cause him to miss some more games.
Steve Kerr on Draymond Green's left ankle: "He tweaked it. We scrimmaged a little bit today and he just came down on somebody's foot. It didn't look bad but we'll just list him as questionable."

Just last month, Draymond Green already sat out four games due to soreness in his right shoulder. The good news is that the Warriors were still able to win without him although his absence left a huge hole in their big man rotation. Green's production was also missed as he provides them with solid all-around numbers.
It's still unclear what the exact extent of his current injury is but it can be expected that more details will emerge as tip off nears on Wednesday. For now, the Warriors faithful can only keep their fingers crossed and hope that it's nothing serious.
