Earlier in Game 1 of the 2018 NBA Finals on Thursday, Golden State Warriors sniper Klay Thompson had an injury scare when he appeared to have hurt his leg after a collision with Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard JR Smith forcing him to momentarily leave the court to get checked. Thompson has since returned, however, and even managed to climb up a notch in the NBA’s all-time 3-pointers made in the playoffs, surpassing former Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant for sixth place on the list, per the Warriors’ official Twitter account.
