Golden State Warriors center DeMarcus Cousins is doing some light jogging and defensive slides in practice as he continues to recover from a torn left quad.
Cousins said he's going to try and return to the lineup during the postseason:

The Warriors are hoping Cousins can come back. They are currently tied with the Houston Rockets at 2-2 in the second round of the playoffs. Golden State has missed Cousins' post presence.

Cousins played in 30 games during the regular season for the Warriors after missing the first 45 games rehabbing his Achilles injury. He averaged 16.3 points, 8.2 rebounds and 3.6 assists while shooting 48.0 percent from the floor, 27.4 percent from beyond the arc and 73.6 percent from the free-throw line.
Boogie suffered the torn left quad on April 15. He reportedly has a six-week timetable for a return. If the Warriors get to the NBA Finals like everyone expects them to, it will be interesting to see if Cousins is able to suit up for the Dubs.
Cousins becomes an unrestricted free agent this summer. He likely won't get a lucrative offer since he suffered another serious injury. However, if the All-Star big man can return at some point in the playoffs and play well for the Warriors, Cousins might be able to boost his value from what it is right now.
