The Golden State Warriors captured a second straight NBA title and third overall in the last four years. This has set forth the offseason for the franchise with All-Star guard Klay Thompson already getting things off with a trip overseas.
The 28-year-old has arrived in China for the second-straight summer likely due to further promote his latest sneakers with Anta, which is a shoe company based in the country.

It immediately brings forward memories of what was an eventful tour in the country last summer that earned him the social media nickname “China Klay.” This saw the Warriors guard get stuffed by the rim on a 360 dunk attempt, lose an arm wrestling match to a fan, airball a 3-pointer in a charity game, and some awkward dancing in a club.
Given what happened last summer, Thompson could take a different route of choices to avoid creating some social media mishaps this time around. At the same time, there could be no care in the world to any of this given that he is now a three-time NBA champion that is a key part of a dynasty and could have a massive contract extension headed his way at some point this offseason.
Thompson is at the peak of his career experiencing great amount of success both on and off the court that has seen him become a bigger superstar globally.
