Houston Rockets shooting guard Gerald Green says point guard Chris Paul is one of the best teammates he has ever had in his NBA career.
Paul's reputation as a teammate has come into question after Los Angeles Lakers point guard Rajon Rondo called him a bad teammate.
Gerald Green, who has bounced around the league and had plenty of teammates, says Chris Paul is an awesome guy:

“Chris is an awesome teammate to me,” Green said. “I haven't really been keeping up with all that stuff, I don't know what your really talking about, but I can definitely talk about me and Chris as teammates. He's an awesome teammate, man. Like for me, as soon as I got here, he was like the first person to kind of welcome me in, him and James [Harden].
“From day one, he's always calling me after games. When I got suspended, he was calling me, making sure that I was ok and that my head was ok and stuff like that. I've had a lot of bad teammates before. Chris Paul is probably one of my best teammates I've ever had on a team, that's just being real.”

The Rockets take on the Utah Jazz at home tonight. Chris Paul is serving his two-game suspending for punching Rondo and will miss the game. He will return Friday against his former team, the Los Angeles Clippers.
