New York Knicks fans have been known for not being the shy type, and are vocal when it comes to their feelings towards their team. Whether they are happy with their performance, or disappointed with how things are going for them, they’ve always opted to speak their minds.

During games, they also show a lot of support to the Knicks with their chants, to try and distract their opponents. That was the case on Monday night when the Cleveland Cavaliers visited Madison Square Garden, as the crowd mocked them by shouting Kyrie Irving’s name.

Irving made a lot of headlines back in the summer when news broke out about him requesting a trade from his former team. Now with the Boston Celtics, he has quickly adjusted to his new teammates, and have led them to a league-best 12-2 record so far, which is the opposite of what the Cavs are having, as they have struggled so far to start the season.

It's been a highly-emotional night so far for both teams with the storyline starting even before tip off with LeBron James' comments on the Knicks' draft choice. The Knicks, however, failed to halt the Cavs' comeback, leading to a home loss at the garden.
