Tuesday evening in the NBA was the gift that kept on giving with all the scheduled games providing plenty of highlights.

After witnessing Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antokounmpo jump over Tim Hardaway Jr. for a vicious alley-oop slam, Los Angeles Lakers guard Josh Hart pulled off an incredible play of his own against the Phoenix Suns.

With 9:52 left in the third quarter, the 22-year-old Villanova product completed a monster block on T.J. Warren. His rejection was so emphatic that the Suns forward fell to the floor and hit his head hard.

With Lonzo Ball still recovering from his injury, Josh Hart has filled in well in his absence. He's also having a good rookie season, with averages of 5.8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 19.9 minutes per game. The Lakers are proving that they have two of the biggest steals of last June's draft, with Kyle Kuzma and Hart both emerging as a big part of their future plans.

The Lakers are also looking to win their fourth straight game on the night to improve their record to 21-31 for the season. Despite their losing record, they still have a fighting chance of making it to the playoffs if they'll be able to continue to string more wins together and carry the momentum they now have as the season progresses.

The Suns, on the other hand, are doing their best to snap out of a three-game losing streak and win for only the third time in their last 14 outings. A win on the night will move them to 12th place in the Western Conference with a 19-36 win-loss slate.
