Isaiah Thomas just had his worst game for the Los Angeles Lakers following his sensational NBA comeback. LA got blown out by the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday, 108-90, and Thomas' poor performance only added to the Lakers' misery.
IT went 1-of-11 from the field against the Suns for just three points in 26 minutes off the bench. Thomas went 0-of-6 from long distance and committed five fouls in what was a disappointing outing for him.
After the game, Thomas took to Twitter to share his thoughts on Tuesday's performance. IT is keeping his eyes on the big picture and he isn't going to let this recent dud bring him down:

Greatest players have the shortest memory whether it’s good or bad… On 2 the nxt 1!

Thomas came out firing for the Lakers in his first game, logging 19 points in his debut. He followed it up with a 13-point effort two days later. The 5-foot-9 combo guard came crashing down on Tuesday with a completely forgettable outing against the Suns. LA has lost all three games since Thomas joined the team.
IT signed a 10-day deal with the Lakers on December 17 and he is now living on borrowed time. Thomas will need to give everything he can in the coming week if he hopes to secure a long-term deal with LA.
