Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James has reportedly listed his Brentwood, California mansion up for sale. In case you're in the market for a new home, this massive property will cost you a cool $20 million.
This report comes via TMZ Sports, which also looked back at the rather sorrowful history of the property. LeBron's former home was actually just a few houses away from the infamous Rockingham estate where O.J. Simpson used to reside. It was in that house where Nicole Brown, Simpson's ex-wife, was shot and killed.
In 2017, James' home was also vandalized. The front gate was spray-painted with the n-word, which unsurprisingly sparked controversy.

In July of last year — right in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic — The King splashed the cash on a Beverley Hills estate reported to be worth a whopping $39 million. Clearly, life is good for LeBron and his family.
And yes, that means he was holding both properties (simple math equates the two estates to be worth a combined $59 million) at the same time for several months before he decided to list the Brentwood mansion up for sale. It's not as if he's going to be able to sell it immediately, too, so it goes without saying that James doesn't really need the cash at the moment.
For what it's worth, LeBron James is set to earn $124.9 million over the next three seasons. And that's just from his basketball salary.
