Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is no stranger to critics, for what he does both on and off the court.
Bron had quite a response to one such critic, a bar owner who claims NBA games will no longer be shown in his establishment, due to LeBron James' deleted tweet.
Aww Damn! I was headed there to watch our game tonight and have a drink! Welp. 🥴 https://t.co/RRfRksjckM

NBA players' comments are not representative of the teams they play for, let alone the league as a whole. It is quite odd that the bar owner is adamant about banning all NBA games from his bar until LeBron James has been removed from the league. Prohibiting all Lakers games at the bar would have made more sense. The bar is located in James' home state of Ohio.
Article Continues BelowLeBron James has been sidelined with a high ankle sprain and has missed more than a dozen games since. The compressed season has been the scapegoat for the seeming increase in injuries from everyone ranging from stars to role players and even rookies. However, this is not the case with James' injury as a player from the opposing team made contact with him.
With the injuries the Lakers have sustained, the team has been steadily slipping down the Western Conference standings. While several players like Dennis Schröder have been stepping up, the absences of LeBron James and Anthony Davis are just so large to overcome.
Once Los Angeles is fully healthy, the Lakers will be one of the strongest low NBA playoff seeds in recent memory. More and more fans are being allowed in stadiums, so the home-court advantage that comes with the high seed is becoming important.
The main thing is that LeBron James fully recovers and — like Anthony Davis — is able to begin the playoffs in good health with his game sufficiently polished to lead the Lakers in pursuit of a repeat NBA championship this spring and summer.
