When LeBron James gives a co-sign, you know it's a big deal — and today, James is giving his feedback on the latest Kyrie Irving highlight reel.

It's pretty obvious that James is pretty hype over both Irving and Rod Strickland. As well he should be, since both of them have a set of game skills that are on ā€œa whole other level,ā€ as the legendary player puts it.

As we'd previously reported, James recently made headlines when he was caught dancing along to 2 Chainz's new track, too. The rapper can probably thank the Laker for the sudden bump in his streaming count as well as his increased downloads, to be sure.

But that's, perhaps, the only good news that LeBron James can take comfort in, because a few sportswriters are of the opinion — rightly or wrongly — that the Lakers have fallen off, significantly, and there's no way that LeBron can help the team get back to the way things were.

ā€œHis defensive rating has actually improved from around 108 last year in Cleveland to 107 this year in LA, but that entire Cleveland team was a dumpster fire when it came to resisting offenses. Here’s the bottom line: the two things that have allowed LeBron James to be perceived as the greatest player in the world, his health and his ability to relentlessly end up in the NBA Finals every year. He missed 18 games due to injury this season, and it’s put the Lakers at serious risk of missing the playoffs.ā€

Opinions aside, LeBron James will still be considered one of the best players in basketball, and his co-sign will always matter to those who are true fans of the sport.
