Orlando Magic guard Evan Fournier has a lot to say about how the Los Angeles Lakers have played through (or not played through) officiating by the referees throughout the NBA Finals and even before that.
The Saint-Maurice, France native appeared on âNBA Extraâ to give his take on the Lakers in the midst of games:

Fournier's statement doesn't necessarily seem like a knock of the Lakers' greatness, but it more so calls out their tendencies to bail out of situations by complaining to refs.
When searching for proof, the evidence has been abundant throughout the playoffs. During the Lakers-Denver Nuggets series, there was some controversy about them sending plays to the league office they thought weren't called correctly, especially in regards to LeBron James. It's worth noting, though, that the Nuggets did something similar in a later game, and it's a pretty common practice around the NBA to send these types of reports to the league office.
Looking at the NBA Finals, the Lakers were extremely outspoken after their stunning Game 5 loss to the Miami Heat on Friday night. Specifically, Los Angeles complained about calls that went in Jimmy Butler's favor during crunch time. However, the NBA ruled that both calls in question were actually correct.
The Lakers need to not worry about the referees and focus on doing their job the right way in order to finish off the Heat and win title No. 17. James will look to have another dominant performance against the Heat on Sunday in Game 6.
