The Timberwolves led for most of the second half but Ja Morant made big-time plays to close out the win and put Memphis one game away from advancing.
Ja Morant absolutely stepped up to close out the game. He entered the final quarter with just 12 points, then proceeded to score 18 in fourth while accounting for the Grizzlies' last 13. None were bigger than the last two points he put on the board.

Ja Morant scored 18 points in the 4th quarter, the most by any Grizzlies player in the 4th quarter of a playoff game.

Ja Morant finished with 30 points, 13 rebounds, and was one assist shy of making it a triple-double with nine dimes in the contest.
The Timberwolves held a 13-point lead after Karl-Anthony Towns drilled a three-pointer with 9:38 left in the game. The Grizzlies then outscored their opponents 32-17 the rest of the way with Morant spearheading the offensive onslaught.
Memphis has now come back from two huge deficits to steal wins from the Timberwolves. But at the end of the day, all these wins count the same.
