The Memphis Grizzlies fell to a 26-point lead at one point in Game 3 against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Since then, the team has fought back and is fighting for a tough victory to up 2-1 in the series. Basketball is a game of runs, but during the playoff matchup, LeBron James shared some of his wisdom for these two young organizations.
Memphis closed out the second quarter with a 15-0 run. This was after the Timberwolves closed out the first quarter with a 12-0 run of their own. As both clubs hit the locker rooms for halftime, LeBron James shared some of his knowledge about playoff basketball in the NBA. This advice is extremely fitting for the Grizzlies, as they've fought their way back into this game.
The majority of Playoff games are won on how you close each quarter

LeBron James has a ton of playoff experience and any player would love to pick his brain on the sport. If anybody knows what it takes to win a playoff game, it's the King himself. Being able to close out a quarter is detrimental to success and the Grizzlies proved that with their comeback performance in the second quarter.
There is still plenty of time left in Game 3, as the Timberwolves are playing well in quarter three. Regardless, the Grizzlies are doing everything possible to stay within reach. Whichever franchise can close out the second half with an impressive run will walk away victorious. Minnesota has taken Memphis completely off guard so far in this matchup, but there is plenty of time for anything to happen.
Keep a close eye on this series, as the Grizzlies and Timberwolves seem evenly matched so far.
