One of the most dynamic power couples in the basketball world is A'ja Wilson and Bam Adebayo. The star of the Las Vegas Aces and the star of the Miami Heat have forged a tight unity around love and basketball.

If only there were a movie made about that.

On Tuesday, the Heat took on the Washington Wizards. Ultimately, Miami steamrolled its way past the lowly Wizards 150-129. In the process, Adebayo managed to surpass LeBron James for the most points scored in a Heat game with 62 points. On the sidelines, Wilson was there, cheering her man on with such glee at such a feat, per ClutchPoints.

In 2014, James set the record with 61 points scored against the Charlotte Hornets. But it turned out the best was yet to come.

Eventually, Adebayo finished the game with 83 points, surpassing Kobe Bryant for the second-most points scored in an NBA game. Wilt Chamberlain still holds the record with 100 in 1962.

With the win, the Heat are now 37-29 and are on a six-game winning streak. Adebayo is averaging 18.9 points and 9.8 rebounds per game.

Adebayo and Wilson have been a couple since 2025. Since then, they have been supporting one another in the game. Last October, Adebayo was there to see Wilson and the Aces win the WNBA Finals.

In January, Wilson went viral after attending the United Center for the Heat's matchup against the Chicago Bulls. It was a game that was postponed due to unsafe court conditions caused by unusually warm weather.

In every which way, both support each other at the right time.
