Earlier this week, the Minnesota Timberwolves made a huge move by hiring former Chicago Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau to be their president of basketball operations as well as their head coach.
Over the next four to five years, expectations are going to be sky high for Thibodeau as he attempts to build a winning culture around the team's young core, especially Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins.
During his Chicago days, the president Barack Obama was a big fan of Thibs. When he was fired, he expressed his condolences and predicted that he'd quickly find a home else where.
.@apat246 @chicagobulls love thibs and think he did a great job. Sorry to see him go but expect he will be snatched up soon by another team.

Now that Thibodeau has finally found his new home, he intends to bring Obama on board in Minnesota.
“We're going to have to swing him over from Chicago to Minneapolis,” Thibodeau said, via Jerry Zgoda of the Star Tribune.
