Minnesota Timberwolves forward Andrew Wiggins doesn't appear to be too concerned with his free throw shooting despite struggling in Friday night's game against the Atlanta Hawks.

The Timberwolves suffered a frustrating 123-120 overtime loss at Target Center, which snapped their two-game winning streak.

However, it was Wiggins that became the focal point due to his struggles, as he missed several crucial free throws in overtime while going just 5 of 12 from the line in the game.

But, even in getting booed by Minnesota fans, the former No. 1 overall pick seems to be confident in his abilities to turn things around.

From Timberwolves beat writer Dane Moore:

More Andrew Wiggins on missed free throws: “Im not too frustrated. I don’t really get too worked up…. I been shooting (free throws) good this year, cool this year. It’ll be good.”

Wiggins entered Friday’s game 75% from the free throw line this year. Up from 64.3% last year.

While it's easy to see why Wiggins would shrug off this less than ideal performance, there's no doubt that Timberwolves fans may be a bit more concerned.

Wiggins has struggled to find consistency this season after signing a huge extension with the franchise last year, as he's averaging 16.6 points while shooting just 40.2 percent from the field.

If Minnesota wants to be a playoff team, it'll undoubtedly need Wiggins to play a bit better across the board.

Next up for the Timberwolves is the first of a three-game road trip when they head to American Airlines Center to take on the Miami Heat.
