NBA cameras catch the darndest things sometimes. The shot behind television announcers, in particular, can provide some pretty interesting scenes.
That’s exactly what happened in the most recent game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Phoenix Suns. The Suns’ broadcast team of Kevin Ray and Eddie Johnson was on camera ahead of the second half as a Lakers fan was in their shot about to eat some nuggets.
Article Continues BelowIt immediately didn’t look too promising for this poor fellow when he was taken aback by the smell of the ranch he was about to use as dip for his nuggets. But for some strange reason, the foul smell still didn’t stop him from dipping his nugget in and eating it. The end result was not so great for the fan, who immediately regretted his decision upon tasting said ranch.
There are a couple lessons to take away from this poor Lakers fan’s experience. The first and most important is to probably trust your nose when it says that ranch might not be fit for consumption anymore.
And the second is to check whether you’re in line of sight with a camera if you plan to do something utterly embarrassing and would get seen by millions upon millions of people.
