Nick Young shared his insights about the NBA Draft Lottery which saw the New Orleans Pelicans get the first overall pick. For Swaggy P, the Pels better not make a mistake and get the top prospect, Zion Williamson.

Apart from picking Williamson, Young also suggested that they trade for his Duke teammate RJ Barrett — another top prospect in this year's draft class.

The Pelicans have sent out hints that they are going to draft Williamson, who has been tagged as a once-in-a-generation type of talent.

New Orleans certainly needs a player like Williamson in their roster this year. Anthony Davis is expected to get traded in the offseason, and getting a player like Williamson will undoubtedly ease off the concerns of losing a top-five player like AD.

Williamson — amid the hype that surrounds him — is still untested in the professional ranks. There have been whispers concerning his shooting and weight, which everyone hopes will be taken care of once works with NBA trainers.

At the end of the day, it'll be up to him and whichever team he ends up with to develop his latent potential. Certainly, the Pelicans organization know how to spot and develop talent. They did it with Davis. Hopefully, they can also do it with Williamson.
