It has been an underwhelming season for the New York Knicks, to say the least, and clearly, the frustration is getting the best of the players.

The Knicks suffered another embarrassing loss at Madison Square Garden on Sunday night, losing to the depleted Utah Jazz, 108-93. The defeat dropped the Knicks to 30-41, as their campaign continues to go on a dizzying spiral. In the closing seconds of the game, Julius Randle even got into a scuffle with the Jazz.

Randle was being defended by Rudy Gobert as the clock was ticking, and apparently, he didn't like it. Randle pushed Gobert's hand away before getting into a verbal tussle with Donovan Mitchell. Randle was then seen passionately explaining something to coach Tom Thibodeau, as the rest of the Knicks shook hands with the Jazz.

Randle, the reigning Most Improved Player, had an abysmal outing, finishing with only 13 points on 6-of-21 shooting from the field. He did have 11 rebounds and three assists. Perhaps his disappointment just spilled over, especially with the Knicks desperately trying to get a spot in the play-in tournament.

Randle was actually playing solidly in recent weeks, but unfortunately, his efforts haven't translated to wins. The Knicks are 5-5 in their last 10 outings. They will host the Atlanta Hawks, the very team they are chasing to squeeze into the play-in tournament, on Tuesday.
