The New York Knicks have been doing their due diligence in scouting who they could select with their no. 8 pick in this year's NBA draft. Nonetheless, while this could be something to look out for, Vassell should still see his name get picked in the lottery. This is a unique class of rookies coming into the league next season. There is no a clear cut no. 1 overall pick, with popular names such as Anthony Edwards, LaMelo Ball, and James Wiseman emerging at the top of the list.

The Knicks need to make the right moves to finally get themselves back to relevance. Nailing their draft pick could be the first step.
